OpenClaw is an open-source framework for building and operating AI agents. It's what we use to build and deploy your custom agents. It's not a product — it's infrastructure. We use it, configure it for your business, and operate it for you.
Can you work with us remotely, or do you need to be in Florida?
Both. Standard setup is fully remote via Zoom — discovery, build, testing, and deployment all happen online. If you prefer in-person setup (we come to your office, train your team, get it running live on your hardware), that's an extra $500. We're based in Central Florida, but we can travel or work with you wherever you are.
Can I add more agents later?
Yes. Each additional agent is $500 setup + the same support fee. So if you start with one agent and add a second, you pay $500 for the second one, and your monthly support covers both (no extra cost).
What happens if I want to cancel support?
You own your agent completely. Cancel anytime, no penalties. Your agent keeps running. You can take over maintenance yourself, or call us later if you need help. We're not locking you in — we're betting that once you see how much time it saves, you'll want us around.
Do I own my infrastructure and data?
Yes, completely. You choose where to host (DigitalOcean, AWS, your own Mac, etc.). You own the VPS. You own the API keys and credentials. We never store them. We just set it up and operate it for you. You're not locked into anything.
What if the agent breaks or needs debugging?
That's what your monthly support fee covers. Edge cases, bugs, prompt optimization, performance tuning — you call us, we handle it. 24/7 monitoring means we often catch issues before you do.
What AI model should I use?
AI model selection is $20–$200 (recommended) per month depending on your usage. Claude Pro, Max, ChatGPT Plus, or Pro are all options. We integrate with whichever you choose. Costs scale with your actual usage.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
If you're not happy with the setup within 30 days, we refund you. We're confident because we know what good looks like. You're not risking anything on the first month.
