What if I want to cancel support?

You can cancel anytime. Your agent keeps running. You own it completely. If you want to take over support yourself, it's yours. (But we're here if you need us.)

What if my usage goes way up?

Your Claude Pro/Max subscription costs scale with usage (you pay Anthropic directly). Our support costs stay fixed unless complexity significantly increases. We'll let you know if that happens.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

If you're not happy with the setup, we refund you within 30 days. We're confident because we know what good looks like.

What if I already have OpenClaw running?

We can audit your setup, optimize it, harden security, and move you to ongoing support. Book a call — we'll assess what's needed and give you a quote.

How long does setup take?

Discovery call (30 min) → setup & testing (2–4 hours) → deployment (same day or next day). Then 1 week of close support to optimize.

Can I add agents later?

Yes. Each additional agent is $500 setup + included in your monthly support fee (no extra cost for support if you're already on it).

What's the difference between Standard and In-Person?

Standard is remote (Zoom). In-Person ($500 extra) means we come to your office in Central Florida, set it up on your hardware, train your team in person, and you see it working live.
