ClawStart does not:

• Monitor your agent's outputs without your explicit permission

Your API keys remain in your control and are never transmitted to ClawStart systems for storage.

We use collected data exclusively to:

• Set up and configure your AI agent
• Monitor and support your agent's performance
• Debug issues and optimize configuration
• Bill you for Services
• Communicate about your Services (support, updates, etc.)

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you use our Services plus 90 days after cancellation. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will delete all records except those required by law.

6. Data Security

ClawStart implements industry-standard security practices including:

• Encrypted communication (HTTPS/TLS)
• Access controls and authentication
• Regular security reviews
• Secure deletion of data when no longer needed

However, no system is 100% secure. You acknowledge the inherent risks of digital communication.

Your agent may integrate with third-party services (Google, Slack, Anthropic, etc.). Your use of these services is governed by their privacy policies. ClawStart is not responsible for their data practices.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover we have, we will delete it immediately.
